Exclusive Disney’s “Cinderella” 2015
Well Holly Madison your dreams are coming true Cinderella is soon to be here. This great Disney classic from the 1950s is now coming to the big screen ,after the smashing success of Maleficent Disney is about to do it again. I have to say I couldn’t be more excited about this let me give you a little insight for those of you that may not be familiar with this classic .
Cinderella is living happily with her mother and father until her mother dies. Cinderella’s father remarries a cold, cruel woman who has two daughters, Drizella and Anastasia. When her father dies, Cinderella’s wicked stepmother turns her into a servant in her own house. Meanwhile, across town in the castle, the King determines that his son the Prince should find a suitable bride and provide him with a required number of grandchildren. So the King invites every eligible maiden in the kingdom to a exquisite dress ball, where his son will be able to choose his bride. Cinderella has no suitable dress for a ball, but her friends the mice, led by Jaques , Gus and the birds lend a hand in making her one, a dress the evil stepsisters immediately tear apart on the evening of the ball. At this point, enter the Fairy Godmother, the pumpkin carriage, the royal ball, the stroke of midnight, the glass slipper, and the rest, as they say, is fairy tale history.
After Tim Burton success of Alice in wonderland Disney started developing a new adaptation of Cinderella in 2011 Director Mark Romanek was supposed to direct the movie but dropped out due to creative differences. So in Feb of 2013 they got Kennith Branagh he directed (Thor) Ocsar Winner Cate Blanchett will star as Lady Tremaine, Lily James ( Downtown Abby) as Cinderella and Richard Madden ( Game Of Thrones) as Prince Charming The role for Cinderella was originally offered to Emma Watson from (Harry Potter) but she will be filming another movie (Beauty and the Beast)I couldn’t be more excited about this film coming to the big screen as a little girl I loved this book my daughter loved it when she was little. Disney just knows how to do it right so its for the whole family they have done an Amazing job the movie looks great I cant wait till March what a great Birthday gift Wooohoooo Xx Mel
