Nick Jonas”Kingdom”

Now that the Jonas brothers are off doing there own things Nick has been doing alot, his self titled album was just released on Monday and I must say I love his song Jealous. Its a much more mature Nick cant wait to see what happens. He has  been busy doing the cover a spread for Flaunt magazine it has been big news along with his Calvin Klein add comparing him to Mark Wahlburg back in the day LOL along with dating Olivia Culpo I’m sure shes loving this . But the reason I’m writing about Nick today is I am so into this his new show on Direct TV “Kingdom” I am in awww The cast includes Frank Grillo, Kiele Sanchez, Matt Lauria, Joanna Going and Jonathan Tucker Kingdom is a raw family drama set against the world of Mixed Martial Arts in Venice, California. Alvey  (Frank Grillo) owns Navy St. MMA with the help of his girlfriend Lisa  (Kiele Sanchez). He is willing to go through extraordinary means to make sure his fighters are taken care of, but all of this responsibility comes at a steep price. He has complicated relationships with both of his sons, Jay (Jonathan Tucker) and Nate (Nick Jonas), who are both struggling with their own identities and places within Alvey’s life and gym. Ryan who had some extreme struggles and was a top MMA fighter went to prison is now out and Alvey believes will be the savior for his gym but Lisa is Ryan’s ex Fiance. So the drama is there the story line is gritty and real the struggles if real life and what we all go through today are there . Bravo to Nick  Jonas  he does an amazing job as well as the rest of the cast they mesh well. Direct TV just might have a hit on there hands as there have already signed on for seasons 2 and 3 I look forward to see what Nick has in store for us next. Xx Mel
